How do I order?

How do you confirm my order?
Order confirmations are sent by email immediately upon receipt of your order. Updates to your order status will also be communicated by email with orders@editsdesign.com

Orders < 12 pcs = 2-3 weeks

Shipping costs
Shipping is added to the cost of your order and is quoted individually. Costs vary based on delivery location, residential or business delivery, quantity and weight of items ordered, insurance and additional service requests. Please email us to receive a full quotation at hello@editsdesign.com

Can I pick-up my order?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pick-ups at this time. 

How can I check my order status?
All order status updates are communicated by email at hello@editsdesign.com

Do you charge sales tax?
Canada:  HST & GST is collected on all orders within Canada, plus PST on orders going to British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Quebec (QST). 
USA: All sales to customers in the United States are tax-free.
Other: sales taxes and duties for all other locations are quoted with each order.

What are the payment options?
We accept major Credit Cards online via Square. For large orders we can also accept payment by cheque although your order will not be confirmed until our bank confirms receipt.

Order Cancellation and Modification
You may cancel/modify your order up to 48 hours after payment. Please contact us at orders@editsdesign.com to discuss any order modifications or cancellation and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Trade Discounts
Trade discounts are available to qualified buyers. Discounts vary depending on the type of buyer and purchase size. Please email us at hello@editsdesign.com with "Trade Account" in the header for more information.

Where does the name EDITS come from?
Design is an iterative process of evaluation, refinement, and editing. Each iteration and design decision can be seen as an “edit”, including the final product. And each different version of a design is another edit making up a collection of “edits”.

Customer Information
Customer privacy is very important to us. We promise responsible handling of all sensitive and personal customer information. We do not sell your information to other companies. The types of personal information collected may include: Name, Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information, etc. Credit/Debit Card payments are processed through a Level 1 PCI service provider which is the highest grade of payment processing security, and all Credit/Debt Card Information is therefore stored by them privately and cannot be accessed by Edits Design Ltd. By using this website you agree to the terms of this policy.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our customer and user information. When ordering with Edits Design Ltd. we utilize a secure server, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, that creates a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet. Any access to our customer database, shipping, order transaction, customer service and billing is individually password protected and is limited to those employees who need to perform specific functions.
